SHIPPING

I ship within the United States using United States Postal Service either First Class Mail, Priority or Express depending on the order. Express is available for an additional fee upon request. Please email me with any deadlines you have on your order prior to purchasing to be certain you'll have it in time.

Please contact me regarding international shipping as I will calculate an appropriate shipping price based on the order.

Most orders are processed within 5 business days. Once the item is processed and shipped, a notification email will be sent. If there are any delays outside of this time frame, I will contact you as soon as I am aware of the delay.

I can ship directly to the recipient upon request of the buyer. If this is necessary, please let me know right away the correct address to ship the item(s) to.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If a personalized item is incorrect, please contact me within 7 days and I will get another one out to you as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged in any way, please contact me within 7 days. A new item will be processed as soon as the original is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of this business and the personalization of each item, I cannot offer refunds.

OTHER POLICIES & INFORMATION

After a purchase is complete, please email all photos and personalization details (text, fonts, cliparts, logos, etc.) to taryn@pictureitcreations.com. I can prepare a proof of the layout prior to engraving for approval upon request.
