I ship within the United States using United States Postal Service either First Class Mail, Priority or Express depending on the order. Express is available for an additional fee upon request. Please email me with any deadlines you have on your order prior to purchasing to be certain you'll have it in time.
Please contact me regarding international shipping as I will calculate an appropriate shipping price based on the order.
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once the item is processed and shipped, a notification email will be sent. If there are any delays outside of this time frame, I will contact you as soon as I am aware of the delay.
I can ship directly to the recipient upon request of the buyer. If this is necessary, please let me know right away the correct address to ship the item(s) to.
After an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. If a shipment is showing delivered in tracking status but has not arrived, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact me immediately AND to contact the local post office or carrier. I will do my best on my end to submit information to locate the package but the best possible option is to speak to who actually delivered the package to see where exactly it is.
Customer service is an important part of my business and I am willing to work with my customers in the event of a missing package. If a package is simply missing and not showing delivered in tracking status, I will get a new one out as soon as possible.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has begun to be processed, order cancellations are not permitted.
If a personalized item is incorrect, please contact me within 7 days and I will get another one out to you as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged in any way, please contact me within 7 days. A new item will be processed as soon as the original is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of this business and the personalization of each item, I cannot offer refunds.
OTHER POLICIES & INFORMATION
After a purchase is complete, please email all photos and personalization details (text, fonts, cliparts, logos, etc.) to email@example.com or use the form given in the listing to submit all information.
I can prepare a proof of the layout prior to engraving for approval upon request.
