Items are sent out from Malaysia within 3 business days after the payment is cleared. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to Australia and UK, 2 to 4 weeks to Europe (except UK), US and the rest of the world. Please also note that postage time can sometimes vary and the above is just for guidance.

Parcel will be sent using regular post service. Purchase of more than $20.00 will be sent through registered post service.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our items after receiving it, please write to us telling us the problem within 7 days after receiving your item. We will send you replacement or make a full refund.

If there is nothing wrong with our item but you would like to exchange it for a different color for example, please also write to us within 7 days after receiving your item. We can exchange them if the item is returned to us in unused and original condition. The postage involved is however entirely borne by the buyer.
