Custom orders take up to 7 days to make. Otherwise items are sent as soon as payment is received in my PayPal account. Items are shipped first class from Sweden. Customers have 30 days to change their minds. When the item is returned a refund will be made by PayPal. The item must not be worn and there are no refunds for postage.
