Your items will be sent within 3 work days after the payment is cleared. Post Office is closed on Public Holidays and weekends.

Please add k_ry1@yahoo.com to your contact list. I always immediately send a confirmation e-mail of a purchase to make sure I get everything correct before shipping the items. Your timely response will determine the shipping time as well.


My standard shipping is via the USPS First Class Mail which takes about around 2-3 weeks and sometimes up to 60 days (on busy holiday season) for international shipment to arrive. Tracking number is available if you update to Priority Mail (Flat rate of $5 within the USA). If you'd like expedited shipping overseas, contact me first for the prices. Please be advised that UPS/FedEx/DHL services would cost you 5-20 times of the standard shipping fee I offered. Buyer is responsible for all duty, brokerage, and other costs associated with importing that may occur.

I do not hold any responsibility for any shipping delay due to Customs. I do not hold any responsibility on shipping time. It's absolutely outside my control. I will however, ship your package as soon as possible within 24 - 72 hours of purchase.



REFUND AND EXCHANGES:

I accept exchanges for a store credit if you contact me within 1 day of arrival date. I have never had to exchange anything so far, but contact me should there be any questions as I want you to be truly happy with your purchase.



Cash refunds will only be issued in the case of a defective or damaged item that entitled to the seller's fault. Contact me if you have any questions. I inspect and re cleaning my products before it gets sent. I make sure that the packaging is strong, will not break easily, and protecting the jewelry inside. I do not give refund on jewelry inside a damaged package as it should be the postal service responsibility to deliver the package in perfect condition.



All returns/exchanges must be shipped back *with insurance & tracking number*, in new, unworn/unused condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging. All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in the case where an item would have a craftsmanship defect.



Custom orders & wholesale orders are final sales. Turn around time to be discussed with the clients privately.



Non-refundable goods:

- Discoloration during cleaning

- Pierced earrings (for hygienic reason)

- Allergy reaction -- please know your own body and pay attention to materials listed before purchasing. I can't be blamed for any allergy reaction as every skin reacts differently to certain materials.

o All copyrights of my paintings belong to me, Kharisma R. Sommers, and I retain all the rights to use the paintings I did for creating promotional means and sell prints of my paintings unless otherwise noted. I, however, will NOT sell any of your reference photos to any third parties. Even though I hold all the rights for my paintings, I always ask my customers' permission when I want to make prints out of them :)



o All digital painting packets are for PERSONAL USE only!



o You are NOT allowed to use any of my paintings you commissioned me other than personal purpose.



o You may NOT sell the digital and/or printed images for commercial purpose.



o You are NOT allowed to make any profit out of my paintings unless you buy the copyright from me.



o No refund for digital paintings. However, I will work on it until you're satisfied with the result.



o Any drastic changes over the approved sketch will cost you some fee.

After the payment is cleared and I received your reference photos, I will work on it immediately. You will see only the final image. Please tell me in advance if you have any special request!





ooFOR CUSTOM DIGITAL PAINTINGS:

After the payment is cleared, You will receive a sketch or two within 3 days to your specification to gain your approval. After the sketch is approved, I will color it and you will get the final image delivered to your e-mail in high resolution later :) Turn around time up to 3 months for a complex painting.
