As careful as we are about packing our candles for shipping, sometimes accidents happen. If your candles are broken on arrival, please contact us within 10 days for a refund or replacement if possible.
Since we take the greatest care in only offering scents true to their name, there will be no refunds or returns if you simply do not like the scent after purchasing.
While we keep some candles in stock for craft shows, most items are hand poured when ordered. For this reason, we ask you allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
