*Payment*
-Payment should be submitted within 3 days, but if there's some kind of emergency and you need an extension, let me know.
-PayPal is preferred, but I'll also take money orders, and personal checks (but I won't ship until the check clears which sometimes can take awhile).
-Cancellations: If you need to cancel, let me know within three days.

*Shipping*
-USA: Please check individual listings for shipping fees. I'll use FedEx or priority mail, whichever is the least expensive. I'll let you know. Shipping cost includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

-INTERNATIONAL: Please e-mail me with your country and postal code for shipping information and I'll figure it out. International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in your country. Always include your phone # when checking out with PayPal as phone #'s are required for shipping labels and customs forms.

*Refunds and Exchanges*
-All artwork is insured. In the case of loss, you will get a refund and I'll file an insurance claim.
-In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment, and we'll figure out if you want a refund, an exchange or a replacement.
-Returns: All artwork is described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual PC monitor hues are sometimes misleading. Hopefully not so different that you need to return, but I'll work with you to resolve any issues. When no solutions are available, my return policy is that returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 3 business days of receipt. A refund, a credit, or an exchange will be issued after I receive the item, but you will be responsible for both the return shipping and the original shipping cost.

-Exchanges: If you want to exchange for something more expensive, you'll have to pay the difference. Likewise, if it's less expensive, I'll pay you the difference.
