Print Design Services Items in this studio are digital products. No product will be shipped to you. Please allow 24 hours for delivery through email. Orders are sent via email when payment is verified which is normally within 2-4 hours. We make every effort to send the file in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds for digital products. Since the products are digital if you plan to use the files as shown in the promotional photos you will need to supply the paper, printer, containers, embellishments such as eyelets, keychains, ribbons, glitter and items necessary to put them together such as glue, double sided tape etc. Assembly instructions are included in each kit. The Digital files fall under an Angel Policy: 1. Kits sold are for you to create a product to use in your own business, personal or non-profit ventures. 2. You MUST use your own home computer to print items. 3. Selling of the files electronically is strictly prohibited. 4. Images, templates and designs remain the copyright of the individual owner and purchase does not change copyright holder. 5. There are no annual limits but the products must be handmade and printed on your home computer. 6. You are permitted to make financial gain from the sale of completed products if made by hand and printed on your own home printer. 7. You may NOT manufacture any of these kits. 8. Kits are NOT to be sold digitally singly or as part of any collection. 9. Sharing, gifting or selling the kit as is (digitally) is prohibited. You are purchasing a single license for one computer. 10. Use of this product in any obscene, pornagraphic or otherwise offensive way is strictly prohibited. Useage in this way violates the copyright and Angel Policy and is subject to damages and compensation to the respective owners, artists and designers of this work.
