Payment:

If you are paying by money order, your money order for the item(s) purchased must be received within 7 days from purchase date. Otherwise, the item will likely be re-listed.

Shipping:

Most packages are shipped the least expensive way possible, but I also consider the fragility of each piece when selecting a carrier. If you would prefer a purchase to be shipped by a particular carrier or a faster method, please send me a message to discuss the pertinent details.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are welcome...YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED! Fortunately, I have never had an item returned to date. But if there is ever a problem, please contact me about the situation as soon as you are able to do so, preferably within 7 days of purchase. Keep in-mind that all pieces returned for a refund or exchange must arrive back to me in the condition as it was originally shipped...CAREFUL REPACKAGING IS A MUST! Shipping cost back to (p)sculptures is the responsibility of the buyer.
