[Payment] We accept paypal (which can be used to pay via credit card even if you don't have or want a paypal account) from US and other international buyers. If you have difficulties checking out or paying, please send us a message and we will help you - We know it can be confusing especially for new users. [Shipping & Handling] We understand that most countries do not impose import fees for inexpensive plated jewelry, but we're not familiar with Customs tariff for all countries. We cannot responsible for any duty taxes which may be levied on your purchase and if you have any questions concerning this, please contact your local Customs office. We ship the regular international mail from Seoul, South Korea, within 1 to 3 days of receipt of payment, not counting weekends and postal holidays. If you have a deadline rapidly approaching, birthday, etc., we can usually expedite at extra charge, just let us know. Overseas customers, please allow up to 9- 17 business days for delivery. Overseas delivery times can vary quite a bit due to processing through Customs, so please be patient. If ordering as a Christmas gift, we recommend placing overseas orders by December 5th, if at all possible. [Order Status] We process orders within 1~3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please log in to Artfire account to view your recent order history and status. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal or after your order has shipped. [P.O. Boxes] We are so sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship some items to P.O.Boxs. We are not responsible for any undeliverable item orders placed with a P.O. Box shipping address. [Registered mail service] After your order is shipped via Registered mail service, we will send e-mail with your registered number. It is $3. [Express mail service] International express Mail is available for over $26, please contact us for details. [Refunds and Exchanges] We sincerely want each and every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us if there is any damage to your item in shipping or if you are unhappy with it in any way to arrange for a replacement or refund. We want every customer to be a happy customer! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me. Returns may be made within 5 days of receipt of your package. The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused. We will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We also reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. Funds can only be refunded via PayPal. Please contact us before leaving feedback so we can do our best to make sure you have a positive experience. Any refunds are issued, minus shipping and handling charges, will be through Paypal transfer. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping order back.
