An ArtFire account is not required to purchase from my shop. ArtFire supports Guest Checkout, so if you don't want to register, you don't have to! Keep in mind though that registering gives you an easy way to refer to prior purchases, leave feedback, and add items to your favorites (hot list).

ADDRESS:
If your PayPal and ArtFire addresses do not match, you will get a email from me requesting clarification. Please provide that info asap so your order is not delayed.

PAYMENT must be made at time of purchase through Paypal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments or RME only unless prior arrangements have been made. Items are not considered 'purchased' or removed from inventory until payment is made.

PAYPAL: You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to purchase from ArtFire. Simply click the Pay Pal button and it will take you to their site where you can pay with a credit card without registering with Pay Pal. If you're new to ArtFire or are having any problems, feel free to convo me. I'll be glad to help you!

I SHIP WORLDWIDE and usually within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment; if I can't ship in that time frame for any reason, I'll notify you. For custom orders, I'll contact you individually.

I ship First Class mail (USPS) domestically and internationally.

For DOMESTIC orders, I ship out of Pay Pal, so your package will have a tracking #; for INTERNATIONAL orders, there WON'T be a tracking number unless you wish to pay to upgrade to Priority Shipping. I will do everything I can to help you resolve any issue you have.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

The 'risk' in Risky Beads applies to me and not YOU! I want you to be v.v. happy with your purchase!

ALL SALES are final after seven days of receipt of merchandise. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason after that time, PLEASE let me know so that I can make it right. I want you to be happy! :-)
