Hello etsy folk! I have been working in customer service for quite some time and hope you find my policies below very fair. Be sure to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

All Items will be shipped via standard shipping within 3-5 business days $1 to the US and $5 to everywhere else. Items with $1 shipping will NOT be insured or tracked. If you would like to insure or track your items, please send me a message and I will sort out the fees.
I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
If you do not receive your item within 14 days of shipment, I offer replacements at wholesale prices (50% of retail cost, though they might take longer to replace as I make infrequent trips to NYC for supplies). Should your item arrive after you order a replacement, kindly ship it back to me, and I will refund your replacement order.
To reduce shipping and packaging costs for you, items will arrive wrapped in tissue and a mini gift bag, and will be shipped in a padded envelope. Some bulkier items will be shipped in a gift box. If you need a box, let me know ASAP.
Refunds and Exchanges
I once ordered an $800 dollar ring online (not through etsy). It arrived damaged, with several stones missing, and others cracked or scratched despite how it was advertised to be in "mint condition". I tried to return the item, but the company would not accept it. It is one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember.
That being said, all items are 100% returnable for 100% of the item cost (not shipping). I want my customers to be not just satisfied, but thrilled with their purchase. Items that are returned must be post marked within 14 days of the original shipping date and must be in the same condition as when they left my studio.
***REFUNDS TO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM WORK*** Only 80% of the price of custom orders is refundable.
REPAIRS: All my jewelry has a 1 year guarantee. If your jewelry should break due to NORMAL wear and tear (fine chain breaks when tugged on repeatedly), please send it back to me and I will repair it for no charge.
