All items are shipped via USPS first class (regular) mail, including international. I try to ship, at the latest, the next day after receiving your order. Please allow 2 weeks for stateside delivery (although it tends to move much faster most of the time), 3-4 weeks international. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. Expedited shipping available on request (prices will vary); if you desire this, please contact me BEFORE placing your order so we can determine shipping fees. I do not ship until I receive payment. If you are new to PayPal and are having trouble figuring it out, send me a message via Artfire or at my email address and I'll try to walk you through it. I make every effort to ship orders the next business day. Due to volume during October, the process may be delayed for up to one week though I visit the post office daily. Returns are accepted, for any reason, for undamaged merchandise, if requested within 30 days. Please notify me before returning an item so that I know who to credit as I have received jewelry in the mail before and not known it was a return. Any original packing materials must also be returned intact (such as gift pouches). Purchase price, but not return shipping, will be refunded. Exchanges also accepted for any reason, for undamaged merchandise, within 14 days. Cost of returned item, and original shipping fee (but not return shipping) will be applied to new item. Custom items are returnable subject to a US $10.00 restocking/recycling fee. All my items are carefully packaged and come in a pretty organza bag or box -- perfect for gift giving. Please let me know if you have a preference for a bag or box, otherwise I will choose one. In the event that a piece of jewelry breaks, please contact me immediately. I will repair it for no charge with the returned parts in most all instances.
