If you could please make your payment within 7 days of purchase. I accept Paypal for International customers, and Paypal and Direct Debit for Australian customers. Please email me for Direct Debit details if required.
I will usually ship items within 7-10 days of payment. If I'm out on location on a photo shoot, or there are any other forms of delay, I will notify you, or I will have a notice on my site. I will also let you know when the item/s have been shipped.
I feel very strongly about using my talent for the greater good of protecting our diminishing African Wildlife, so every Africa product sold will have a percentage of funds going towards various Conservation Groups. If we all make a contribution, we will make a difference.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, if you return it in the same condition as which you received it, stating why you aren't satisfied, and I will refund your money, or send you a replacement item.
Remember that every piece is uniquely hand-made, so no two pieces will be the same.
