All shipping is done on Tuesdays unless there is a holiday that falls on this day and also shipping is done on Friday of each week.

Shipping is done via USPS,I use first class and priority mail.
Special packaging is done for all dolls .

Retrns are to be made within 3 days of purchase and returned in same package,refund will be made minus the shipping cost.

Exchages can be made on an item for the same price of existing item that you purchased.

Custom Orders : All requests for orders are excepted no request to big or to small.
