Packages are usually mailed out within three business days of payment. Handmade items are made upon ordering and so may take longer. Ask concerning projected finish time for handmade items.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the print(s) or handmade item(s) you receive just send them back for full price refund within 14 days of receipt.
If print or handmade item is damaged in transit, please return damaged item and replacement will be mailed out.
Mineral specimen price will be refunded if returned in original condition after 14 days of receipt if dissatisfied with specimen. Mineral specimens that are received damaged please contact me for they are insured due to their fragile nature. Every effort will be made to pack them securely against damage.
