For exchanges/refunds please contact us within one week of receipt of the items. We will make every effort to satisfy you with either exchage or refund.
We will refund the total you paid minus the shipping charges.
We will not be able pay the shipping charges for items that would be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot proces returns/exchanges on any personalized items
