Payment

Well accept paypal, check (order will be held until the check clears) Postal Money orders.

I have accepted concealed cash before but this is at the buyer's own risk.

Orders are completed on a first come first server basis , based on when payment is received. if you place an order and don't pay for it until a week later that does not mean your order will ship out that day.
Shipping

I ship my items every business day.

Orders typically ship in 1 - 3 weeks depending on the items. If you need an item faster, please contact us to see if it is an item we can expedite.


****If you would like you package insured please let me know before you submit payment and I will add it to your invoice. Once a package is shipped I can not be held responsible for how the postal service handles it.**

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -International shipments do tend to take a little longer to get to where they are going ( depending on the distance ) and because it is almost impossible to track a package without charging enormousness shipping rates I can not control what happens to international shipments once they leave my hands.
Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds on my personalized items because they are made especially for you. If there is a problem with the order please let me know and I will do whatever I can to correct the problem. If I made an error and it was my fault I will replace the item at no expense to you. If the error was on your part I will replace at your expense.


PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPELLING ! when ordering a custom item please make sure that names, phrases, etc. are spelled correctly. There are so many different ways to spell names, and some people spell words funny( to convey a point) I will not second guess your spelling.
When you send it to me it will be spelled THAT way.

If you would like to see a digital proof of your order please let me know. I can send a proof for your approval.
These are digital proofs of the embroidery design , not the actual item.
This will give you an idea of what your work will look like. You can check for spelling, layout, spacing, perhaps you may want to center a word , curve it around a design, etc.

Your only limit is your imagination.



WHOLESALE ITEMS

I have had a few request about bulk ordering some of my items. I do discount when someone buys a large number of one item.
To qualify for the discount it must be made and paid for in one order. It also must be all the same item.
Example :
*If you wanted to order 20 sleep masks they would all need to be the same design in order to get xx percent off your order.
* If you wanted them broken up into different designs your discount would be less.
