Payment
Immediate payment by PayPal is required. Item will be shipped by the next business day after payment is made (except for custom items). Payment for custom items is due at time of order and your item will be started immediately. Custom items will be shipped upon completion. See item description for completion time for custom items.

Shipping
Shipping cost listed is based on shipments to lower 48 states only. AK, HI and international shipping will be at cost and buyer will be responsible for any import duties and/or taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges
Sales on custom items are final. No refunds or returns. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me to discuss the issue.
