As noted on the shop banner and in the shop announcements, I'm currently out of the country and unable to ship orders immediately. Orders placed by May 20 will be sent out with guests on June 1 and earlier if possible with other individuals traveling back to the states to drop in the mail. Through May in each order of items totaling $20 or more I will include a sterling and sea glass pendant. The sea glass was naturally polished by the warm sand & seas of the Bahamas. International Shipping includes insurance and for U.S. customers tracking. Professional 3rd Party Shipping Insurance provided by Shipsurance. I'm willing to ship to you wherever you are and $8.95 will get it to just about anywhere with shipping insurance. Shipping is to confirmed addresses only unless other arrangements have been discussed. A confirmed address is the billing address associated with the credit card or other address noted as associated with the credit card holder. Items are sent via the United States Postal Service first class mail with free delivery confirmation for U.S. clients. For items shipped to countries other than the U.S. & it's territories and Canada, insurance is included which is through a professional 3rd Party Shipping Insurance company Shipsurance. For Canada, the U.S. & it's territories clients, if you would like insurance you can purchase it here where it is listed under each category or you can let me know and I'll make the adjustment prior to your payment on the listing. The cost is $1.05 for up to $100 of insurance. If you would like to have it shipped Priority Mail the cost is a reduced $3.95 for domestic shipments shipped in a small flat rate box. I will include delivery confirmation at no cost. Returns & Exchanges:If you are not satisfied with your selection I will gladly exchange, make adjustments to the piece or refund your money less shipping costs.
