Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after we have confirmed your payment. Shipping is through China Post Service. All items will be sent as "Small Packet" and sent in bubble wrap envelopes that are tear proof. If you need to receive your items faster, we can use EMS. EMS (has a tracking number) the additional cost for EMS depends where you live. Packages are sent from Sanya, on Hainan Island in China. Most packages take about 2 week to arrive, depending on their size and certain countries custom policies. We cannot take any responsibility for lost packages or damaged items once they are mailed out. Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until 45 days past shipping date. All sales are final.
