*** Payment: I accept payment by PayPal, and will ship your item as soon as possible after confirmation of funds received and cleared in my PayPal account - I aim for this within 3 working days but it is usually sooner. Payment is generally expected on the day of purchase but if for any reason this is not possible please let me know. *** Shipping: All the 5x7" and 5x5" prints in my shop are currently offered with free shipping from the UK and will be posted with a protective plastic sleeve wallet, and further protected inside a protective envelope between two pieces of card to prevent damage in transit. I will post as soon as possible after received and confirmed payment in my account. Usually items will be in the post the following morning, apart from custom prints which will be printed to order and may take a few days longer. I will obtain proof of postage for each item. Should you worry that your print will be left at your door and exposed to the elements, I can further protect them in their envelope with some plastic covering to shield against rain. Just leave me a message to seller. *** Returns and exchanges: Please contact me if there are any problems with your order (missing, damaged, etc.) I will mark the invoice when item is shipped but please allow 28 day for delivery, although in most cases it will be much quicker than this, sometimes delays in the post happen which are beyond our control. I can exchange items if they are not as described but shipping for this will be at the buyer's expense. Your satisfaction with my prints is important to me, so if there are any problems with your order do please send me a message in the first instance and we can resolve any problem. *** Other: I am happy to produce any of my prints in other sizes, please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like a larger (or smaller) print and I will give you a price quote and if you wish I will do you a custom order.
