Shipping We ship most items the next business day via First Class USPS, but we will ship Priority Mail upon request at the current rates for Flat Rate Envelope or box, whichever best fits the items you would like to purchase. If this is something you are interested in, please email me either before purchasing or directly afterward in case we're too quick on the draw :) Returns & Custom Orders I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us within 14 days for a full refund unless it's a custom order, which will receive a 50% refund, since custom work requires much more than a premade piece and I take great care and time in all my custom orders. To that effect, we also require a 50% non-refundable deposit on custom items. Handcrafters like us appreciate your repeat business, so please let me know as soon as a problem arises and I will do my best to address it quickly :) Thanks for supporting handmade!
