"My Grandmother used to make drawstring cloth bags every year for all of us at Christmas. They are what she wrapped all our gifts in. Now that my Grandmother has passed, my Mom has taken up the tradition! I knew this family tradition was too special not to share with my customers and thankfully my Mom agreed to take on the job of making all the bags for Batty's Bath! I hope all of my customers enjoy these bags as much as my family does! The tradition is that the receiver uses the bag they receive to wrap gifts in the next year so the bag gets passed on to someone else. There's always a good circulation of these bags going around in my family. I have price capped all ground shipping rates in Canada and the US. This means you will never pay over $10 for Canadian shipping or $13 for US shipping. So go ahead and stock up with no worry of every paying more than these capped shipping rates in Canada or the US. Overages in shipping are refunded when your order is packed & shipped. After receiving payment I ship orders within 48 hours or less. The only exception to my 48 hour turnaround time is on the weekends & holidays (when the post office is close) and for large custom orders. Shipping times may also take longer than 48 hours during peak holiday times, but you'll always receive an email from paypal when your order has been shipped. Please note: We no longer ship to Malaysia. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Within Canada: Usually takes 5 to 10 business days To the US: Can take 5 to 20 business days but usually arrives within two weeks. International Orders: Can take 3-8 weeks but usually arrive within four weeks. If there is a tracking number for your order, it will be emailed to you via PayPal shipping. Check the email for the "Item Number" - This is your tracking number. Please note that Batty's Bath has no control over customs fees or duties that may be charged after your package has been shipped. Any customs fees or duties that are incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. During the warm summer months, things can really heat up during transit! This can cause butters, balms, and soap to melt. If you notice this has happened when you receive your products, simply place them in the refrigerator for about an hour. _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ RETURN/REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of bath products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges but I will make things right if you're unhappy with your order!
