You can combine up to five items within a 14 day period into one parcel.

Items can be combined for a period of 14 days from the first purchase.
or items which will be shipped by Registered mail, you can combine up to 5 items at no extra charge.
Additional items will be shipped in a separate package and will incur additional mail charges.

Refund and Exchange

Siamfinegems provides a standard 7-day period, from receipt of delivery at your domicile, in which to return any items that fall short of your expectations.

After receiving your returned item, your refund or new item will be processed within 7 days. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Improper return packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
