We ship all of our product via USPS Priority Mail, unless the buyer specifies differently.
Shipping is charged separately based on the location of buyer.
Custom Design
Personalized, 100% one-of-a-kind invitations, stationery, and cards - created uniquely for you.
About our Custom Design:
There are three (3) ways to create a product that is uniquely yours: Do-It-Yourself, Partial Custom, or Full Custom.
* Do-It-Yourself (DIY): All design, cutting, printing, and assembly are done by you. We are always available to our DIY clients, whether they need help in design or production. We can also provide you with all of the tools that you will need from design through to production.
* Partial Custom: We take care of all design, printing, and custom cutting. All you have to do is assemble your invitations.
* Full Custom: We design, print, cut, and assemble your invitations. We can also stuff, address, and provide postage to make it even easier to enjoy your experience.
The Design Process:
If you are interested in working with us on a custom design, contact us for a consultation and estimate. We will send you a questionnaire to gather some information about you and your event, but please feel free to contact us with information about your event, budget, design needs, and timeline. We will get back to you within two (2) business days.
After our initial correspondence and consultation, we will provide you with some suggestions and a rough estimate.
Once a deposit is made and a contract is signed, we will begin the design process. We will provide you with 2-3 mock-up designs via email in PDF format. You can make any refinements to a selected mock-up. Once the design has been refined, two minor rounds of changes (not including changes to colors or fonts) are allowed. Each additional revision will be billed at an hourly rate.
With a finalized design, we will provide you with a PDF proof to review. This is when you will be asked to carefully review for spelling, content, etc. At this time you will need to e-sign the proof and complete payment - production will not begin without payment in full.
Depending on the complexity of your design (embellishments, calligraphy, etc.) and the number of pieces requested we will give you a timeline. Each design is unique and so is the time frame associated. Typical turnaround for a simple design is three (3) weeks.
Pricing
Price varies depending on the complexity of the design and the number of pieces ordered. Embellishments and calligraphy services are available at an additional cost. Product, printing, cutting/slitting/drilling, and design are each billed separately to provide you with the best price possible. We also offer a 10% discount on product to all active-duty and retired military personnel and their dependents. It is a small gesture of "thanks" for the sacifices that they make for us.
