If you pay using PayPal or credit card, your items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. All orders will be shipped using USPS Parcel or Priority. If you are an international customer, your shipping will be based upon what you order and where you are having your items shipped. If your yarn does not meet your expections, you may exchange it or request a refund within 30 days from the date of the sale. I will knit or spin custom items for you upon request. I also will spin and/or knit your pet's fiber. Prices vary according to order. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.
