I ship at least twice a week, depending on the number of orders I receive - shipments usually go out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays.

You are purchasing handmade items which require specific care and you are responsible for ensuring your art/jewelry/prints are handled and stored properly while in your care. I do offer minor repairs on most items at little or no charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance except in unusual circumstances.
