PAYMENT:
We accept Pay Pal, check or money order.
Payment is due at the time of order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please make sure that the delivery address you select at check out is the one you'd like us to send it to - we are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

SHIPPING:
We typically ship the day after the purchase is concluded - if that is delayed for any reason, we will be in immediate contact with you.

If an item is received in damaged condition, contact us regarding insurance we may have purchased on the item.

We ship with UPS or the USPS. Any item shipped domestically should only take between 4 - 6 days to arrive.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item to discuss it.

You will receive a full refund it if is sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping, however, is your responsibility.

PET/SMOKE FREE:
All of our items DO come from a smoke-free home. As you might guess given our name, however, we do have two "sleeping dogs" that join us in the studio. We do our best to keep any allergy factors to a minimum, but if you are super-sensitive, it's probably better not to make a purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
A large share of our business is custom orders for a special person or a special occasion. Feel free to contact us to request something not seen in our store.
