Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund with 48 hours after ordering, provided the item has not been shipped. Refunds and Exchanges In-stock orders: If you need to return an item after it's been shipped, please return unused, and I will happily issue you a refund or store credit for use in any of my shops (minus selling fees.) Custom orders: I'm very sorry, but I do not accept returns for custom items. If this is a custom portrait of a standard dog breed, I may, at my discretion, offer a 50% refund if I can resell the portrait. Additional Policies and FAQs Regarding custom portraits and artwork using images provided by other people: You agree by purchasing a custom portrait from me that I have the right to use the images that you have provided to me for the custom listing, and I retain all rights to any artwork created by me regardless of the imagery used. Furthermore, I have the right to reproduce and sell any artwork created by me in my studio, including reproductions of custom portraits. You agree that that I may resell reproductions which may include the likeness of your pet. I really appreciate people with strong values and ethics.
