***SHIPPING***
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation.

In the case of multiple purchases in one order, if the weight and cost of shipping is =/> than the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, your goods will be shipped via that method and any overage will be refunded to you. Insurance is applied at the request of the customer for shipments valued at $39 or less. Shipments valued at $40/> must be insured. Shipments valued at $100> will have Signature Confirmation applied as well.

Priority & Express Mail are available at customer request also.
International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International & Priority Mail International (flat rate & standard). If you'd prefer another method, please query for details and additional options.

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Barring holidays & posted vacations, I go to the Post Office Wednesday & Saturday. Should you need faster shipping please let me know via e-mail when you shop.

All non-US customers please note that all duties , taxes & customs fees assessed by your friendly customs agent are not my responsibility. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable.
\***RETURNS & LOSSES***\
Items may be returned within 1 week of customer receipt of item. It must be in the same condition in which it was sent (i.e. unworn/unused) and the cost of shipping the return is to be incurred by the customer. I will happily issue either a store credit in this case, which will be valid for use for up to one year from the date of purchase. Alternatively, if an item is returned in the condition in which it was sent, I will happily exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value (up to the purchase price of the original item) at customer request.
Should an item go missing in the post, every effort will be made to resolve the situation with the customer to their satisfaction.

No returns or refunds on custom work.

Custom, wholesale & Alchemy requests are welcome. Just tell me what you seek and I'll see what I can to make it come true.Custom & wholesale orders require a 50% deposit for the order to begin. The remainder is due when the order is complete.
