Shipping charges will be FREE In the U.S. International shipping will be dependent on the amount of the sale and country being shipped to. We will gladly exchange any purchase for another stone or piece of jewelry of equal value. Conditions of returns will be determined through email contact for any arrangements. Custom work requires a 25% deposit before design presentation and the balance is due before shipment. Photos will be available of custom designs will be email directly to purchaser.
