Items will ship the next business day from the receipt of payment. I want my clients to be satisfied! If you are unhappy with your order, I will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is USPS. Smaller pieces will be first class mail. However, Priority Mail will be used when appropriate and is noted in the shipping of that item. If you are outside of the US, any customs forms will show the cost of the piece with a description. Any taxes or dues are the buyer's responsibility. Items will not be marked as gift. For customized pieces, once the design and cost are agreed upon, half of the cost is due as a down payment prior to work starting. Once the work is completed, the second half is due. Piece will not be shipped until the second half of payment is received.
