I ship using USPS Priority Mail the next business day from receiving payment. There is no additional shipping for more than one item in the same order.

I prefer payment by PayPal. PayPal is easy to use and a secure method of payment. PayPal offers a variety of payment options for you to choose from. You can use a credit card, send an e-check or pay directly from your own PayPal account. PayPal also offers buyer protection so you don't have to worry about sending money that you might not see again.

I do accept checks and money orders, however, if you are paying with a personal check or money order I will wait for funds to be deposited and cleared in my account before I ship your purchase.

Your satisfaction is my number one goal. If you are not happy with your items, email me via ArtFire email and I will work with you to resolve any problems you may have with your order.

If you see something in my shop that you would like in a different size or color contact me and I will let you know if I am able to fill your request.

Keep in mind that when you order custom items, I do not have a large inventory so I will usually have to order the pieces needed to complete custom orders. In most instances, I can turn around custom orders in 5 to 7 business days. I will email you with the expected time frame to complete your order when it is received. I will also email you when order is completed and shipped.
