All orders will ship out within 3 business days of payment receipt, however in most cases they are shipped out within 24 hours (EXCEPT personalized items which usually ship within 10 days time).

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS!!! I will, however, size item for FREE if it does not properly fit recipient. To prevent this from happening though, you should try to get as accurate a measurement as possible for sizing purposes.
