I currently accept Paypal and Google Checkout ONLY. No checks, money orders, etc.
Payment is to be made within 3 business days, but if you can't make a payment quickly, please contact me and we can make other arrangements.
All of my creations are shipped "electronically" -- meaning via email.
For an additional fee, you may request your creations to be burned on a CD and sent via USPS. Please contact me for more details.
Do to the nature of the product sold, and the frequent communication between myself and you, the customer, during the design process, there shall be no refunds or returns.
During the design process, I frequently get in contact with you and show you the progress of my work. I allow you to reject or approve of the creation as it is made, so that eliminates any cause for wanting to return the item.
Out of respect to the many other Graphic Designers out there, please do not ask me to modify someone's else's artistic creations, or to use copyrighted material. You are original! And I want your artwork to be, too.
I love to do custom work, so feel free to contact me about anything that you may have in mind for your Etsy store or business.
