All my work is guaranteed; if you receive an item and are not satisfied with it, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping cost). Custom items are not returnable.

All beads are wrapped carefully in bubble wrapped, placed in a small cotton-lined jewelry box, and shipped in a bubble-mailer via first class mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request; please contact me for a quote.
