Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to GA, USA orders.

I love Paypal and you can use it whether you have a PayPal account or not. You can use your own credit card through PayPal! Just scroll down on the PayPal page and you will see the option to pay with your card without a PayPal account.

Lot's of folks have Amazon accounts already that can be used very conveniently as well!

I take USPS money orders, ONLY.
Checks have to clear before I send anything out. 10 business days, or so.
PLEASE! Make USPS money orders and checks out to Sarah Kelley and include the address you want your item mailed to.

Shipping:
I ship USPS 1st Class and Priority. I make an effort to ship immediately, if there is a delay I'll let you know. Once your item is shipped it can take longer than either of us would like to arrive. 3-5 days is typical but 2 and 3 weeks is not unheard of. If time is of import let me know that you'd like to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping and I'll edit the listing for you. The shipping upgrade is $3 extra.

I ship internationally via USPS. Customs fees are buyers' responsibility. 2 or 3 weeks is a common delivery time frame. 6 weeks is not unheard of.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Everything at thebeadedlily is covered by my Pure Pleasure Promise. If your purchase is anything less than a pure pleasure to receive, please contact me within three days of receipt and I'll be more than happy to meet your needs via your choice of an exchange or refund. Promise.

Please understand that my return policy is for the confidence and convenience of my clients. My time limit is for my personal sanity:)

Packaging, etc:
All items purchased from thebeadedlily will come uniquely packaged and ready for gift-giving. Each package will be slightly different, but all will be beautiful!

Green concerns:
I buy eco-friendly shipping supplies like envelopes, gift boxes, gift bags and paper for packaging my prodect. I buy in bulk to reduce the amount of energy involved in packing and shipping these products.

All the tissue, bubble wrap and paper filler I use in your packages is product being re-used from packages sent to me and my family. None of it is new. I encourage you to save it and re-use it yourself (or pass it to someone who will) instead of throwing it away!
The ribbon, yarns, strings, etc are re-used or vintage.
The fabric bags may be new or re-used-- they're lovely for storing pieces or packing small gifts! Please don't toss them, re-use them!
I always include a thank you note in my packages, but rarely a packing slip or invoice because you have the information available on your own computer.
I save all of the plastic baggies that come my way and send them on to folks who can re-use them in their own business (like bead sellers). If you'd like a package of bags to re-use contact me!

Allergens:
If you've got super sensitive ears, surgical stainless steel, niobium and titanium are currently available for substitute earwires. Inquire before purchasing please!
