All embroidery patterns will be sent via email after payment is received. Please specify which format you use when ordering. All quilted items,not special ordered will be sent within 2 business days via USPS. Special orders will be sent upon completion of item. I will keep in contact by email so you are kept up to date on my progress. If paid by check or M.O. and mailed to Margie Brecik P.O. Box 5597 Pahrump,Nv. 89041 all items will be shipped when your check clears. Your order will be sent upon receipt if paid with a Money Order.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

There are no refunds on any digitally delivered items, books or patterns. On all other items- those mailed- a store credit will be given as soon as the item is returned. A 20% restock fee will be charged in most cases, and the difference will be given in a store credit. All store credits are good for 6 months. If you cancel your order before your purchase is shipped a full refund will be given. If you cancel and refuse an already shipped order, upon its return the 20% restock fee will be charged and the difference will be returned in a store credit. All store credits are good for 6 months.
