Great care is taken to not only ensure that your embroidery looks fantastic but also the quality of the item being embroidered on is at its best. For this reason, we do NOT use low quality items on any of our products. We want for your item to last for years to come and retain it's original quality and with proper care, this is will happen.

SHIPPING POLICIES: All items are shipped first class or priority mail and tracked through the USPS. An average item will ship for around $4.50. I do combine shipping for multiple items. If shipping is less than charged, the difference will be refunded to your credit card immediately.

Ship rates are for the US. If you live outside the US, please email me for shipping costs. I also ship to another delivery address if needed at no extra charge. Gift wrapping is also available for a small US $3.00 fee.

Most orders will ship within 7 days depending on the number of custom items in your order.

All workmanship is backed up with our 30-day Seal of Guarantee. If we have to replace your item, please return the original item in it's original state for a full replacement or refund. We DO NOT refund work on miss-spelled personalization that is due to customer error. If personalization is desired, please make sure that all spelling is correct when placing order.
