MY WORK ETHICS: I spend a lot of time making my creations and pay special attention to all the details as you will see. I use only the best fabrics towels blankets and supplies in my items. I do not sell low quality merchandise You may find "look-a-like" items for less money but look closely I assure you my items are made with the highest quality materials down to the thread. I am a perfectionist I'm extremely picky about every stitch. I'm much more concerned with the quality than how fast I turn out your order. If it takes a little longer to receive your item it will be worth the wait. I will never ship an item I am not 100% pleased with. I want you to keep coming back time and time again. A satisfied customer is my best advertisement. If I make you happy I feel you will keep coming back and you will tell others about me.SHIPPING POLICIES: All items are shipped first class or priority mail and tracked through the USPS. An average item will ship for around $5.00. I do combine shipping for multiple items. I currently ship within the US. If you live outside the US please email me for shipping costs. I also ship to another delivery address if needed. Gift wrapping is also available for a small $3.00 fee.Most orders will ship within 14 to 21 days depending on the number of items in your order and how backed up I am at the time. However, it could take up to four to six weeks depending on the amount of pending orders. Please be patient as I do work full time. If you need an item fast please email me. I can make special arrangements to accommodate you.RETURN POLICIES: All my items are custom made for you. Sorry there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on personalized or monogrammed items unless I have made an error. In that case simply return the item to me for a replacement.
