Thank you for buying handmade! Below is a list of policies for The Lime Tulip. If you have any questions, please contact us through the "contact seller" link or email us at thelimetulip@gmail.com. Payment: All payments must be made in full at time of order. Orders will not be shipped without full payment. Payments are only accepted through PayPal at this time, however, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted through their secure site. For additional information please check out their website at www.paypal.com. Custom Orders: Custom and special orders are welcome! We would love to work with you to design items for your wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, birthday party, housewarming, holiday party, and so much more! We will also do our best to make any items in our shop in specialized colors or with specialized materials just for you. If you are interested in a custom order, contact us and let us know what special requests you have. We will work together to figure out what best suits your needs. Pricing will be determined after we decide what your final order will be. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upon ordering and the remaining 50% will be due before the order is shipped. As with all our items, all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order if we feel we cannot fulfill it in the time allotted or if it is beyond our skill set. Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs include postage and packaging. Packages usually arrive within 2-8 business days. Please make sure the address you use at checkout is correct before you proceed with your order. If you would like to receive your order faster (using Priority Mail or Express Mail), please contact us prior to placing your order. At that time we will calculate the additional postage and let you know how much it will cost. We reserve the right to refuse rush orders if we feel that we cannot fill them in the time allotted. We do our best to keep costs down by using recycled/reused shipping materials whenever possible. This helps save both your pocketbook and the earth! USPS does not consider a package lost until it has taken over 30 days to arrive at it's destination. If you feel your package has been lost, please contact USPS. For additional information please check out www.usps.com. International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping costs and times vary depending on destination. If there is not a shipping cost listed for your country, please feel free to contact us for an estimate. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, fees, and taxes at customs. These and any other additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All customs forms are marked "merchandise" with no exceptions. Please contact the appropriate people in your country with any questions you may have. Taxes: All orders shipped to Kansas will be charged a 8.65% sales tax. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If items are damaged during shipping, please contact us and USPS immediately, include a picture of the damaged goods, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. The damaged goods will need to be returned to us. Once we receive them, we will replace the damaged goods and ship them to you within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will give you an estimate. Additional Policies: Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell or give away any of your personal information. Coupon codes and discount codes must be used at time of purchase.
