Thank you for your business.If you are having something made for you and sized please allow 7-14 days for your item to be ready to ship. We will also keep you posted when our busy season for Reenactment Starts with updated information. If you have a wear date needed, email us asap to make sure we can have it to you. Other items we try to pack and ship within 48 hours. After receiving items please email if you have a question or concern within 7 days so we can address it or if to be Refunded what you paid, item must be returned within 7 days and packed as you received. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit to you, please email within 7 days with pictures and packing. We appreciate your business and we will address and any issue or concern.
