Descriptions ---------------- Careful, accurate descriptions are given of each piece along with measurements, photos etc. Therefore, photos may create the impression the jewelry is larger or smaller than the actual size. Please refer to the measurements of each item. It is important to note that all jewelry created by us is crafted from only the finest sterling silver, sterling silver filled or 14/20 gold filled jewelers wire. On occasion, to lower the expense for our customer, we will use specially treated non-tarnish silver enameled Artistic Wire for chainmaille. ARE CHAINS INCLUDED? -------------------- If they are included, they will be in the photo. Many pendants do not come with the chain, due to customers who prefer their own chains. If you would prefer a chain to be included, please email us and we will adjust the cost. PRIVACY ----------------- Your privacy as an individual is important to us. It is only used to fulfill your order and it will not be passed to any other party. Terms & Conditions of Refund -------------------- These terms and conditions are designed to protect you, the customer, and TheWireWench. Handcrafted items are never perfect. Sometimes a circle is not that round or a square is not that square. Sometimes one side of an earring is longer than the other side, etc. etc. Please understand that all items are not symmetrical as if they were machine made. There will be asymmetry which is your guarantee, it is a skilled hand crafted item! Upon receipt of your order, please check to make sure it is the correct item and that no damage has occurred in transit. * The refund guarantee does not cover misuse, damage or asymmetry. * Email notification must be sent to TheWireWench, within 2 days of receipt, stating the reason for any refunds, * Items must be returned within 10 days of the received date. For ex: if an item was receive by you on the 10th, it must be return shipped by the 20th. * Returned items must be insured, unworn, unused, undamaged during transit due to flimsy packaging. * When the item is returned an authorization refund, can be provided, excluding postage and packing costs. * For hygiene reasons I cannot exchange or give refunds on earrings. If an item is in stock it will be shipped to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order unless otherwise advised. A $7.00 shipping fee is charged and will include insurance for damage or loss. This fee will be paid by the customer and the insurance will be purchased thru the federal postal mail.
