We accept Paypal and will accept Money Orders. Please let us know if you plan to use a Money Order. We give 7 days to receive a Money Order as payment. Once it arrives we will process your order. If for some reason you need more time due to unforeseen issues just please let us know. We gladly work with our customers. Paypal orders we will process immediately we need payment at least 3 days after the sale. Please do not include us in buyers remorse. We work hard to make wonderful products and if we do not receive payment or any communication we will cancel the sale, and report this to ArtFire. All products will have the ingredients listed. If you know you cannot use a certain product due to the oils etc...please make an informed decision. When buying a product please note we pass along to you the scent descriptions. When we buy fragrance oils we have to make an informed decision as to whether we will like it and others as well. So we take risks all the time when it comes to buying new fragrance oils. Rest assurd if we don't like it, we won't soap it. And yes we have ran across this issue. And please know we cannot send fragrance oils back if we do not like them. All sales are final for us too. **Please note that some people can have a sensitivity to a certain fragrance oil. This can happen with any product. If you do have an issue then please stop using the product. REFUND AND EXCHANGES We do not get involved in buyers remorse so please make informed decisions on your purchases. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. If we made a mistake we will fix it, we want you to be happy but again know what buyers remorse is. If you just don't like a certain scent this is not our fault. We again will work with you as long as it is reasonable to both sides. Thank You for your understanding. We ship USPS to confirmed address on Paypal. We ship Monday-Friday, depending on weather. If you need your items sent elsewhere please leave us a note and we can do this for you. We are not responsible for incorrect address. This is something the buyer should know if there address is correct. We do combined shipping on purchases. If you have a larger order over $50.00 we recommend insuring your purchase. This is simply your decision to do so, but not necessary. We will add a tracking number to your package at our expense. This helps both of us. And we will email you to let you know your tracking number. Communication is very important, so we both can know how and what to expect during transit. We use Priority Mail when ever possible. On smaller orders we send packages out in bubble wrapped envelopes (well packed). Larger orders will start with whatever size we need to use on the USPS Priority Mail boxes. We work hard to keep shipping as low as possible. We like priority mail since you can get your packages within 3 days. Any overages of $1.00 or more on shipping will be returned. We can do custom orders. Even if your not exactly sure what you are looking for but need help just email us and we can work with you. We love a challenge and I am sure we can help you in any way. All custom orders must be paid for in advance and with the understanding it will take at least 2 weeks to make, cure well enough to ship and then reach you. You must let items cure an addition two weeks or stated on package. If we don't have a certain fragrance oil, and have to order it we will let you know.
