Payment: I accept PayPal, safest for me and for you, the buyer. If you need some other arrangement made please let me know and I may be able to help! Shipping: I ship as needed - let's face it the walk is good exercise! I use Canada Post for pretty much whatever I send, they have the nicest stamps (and, they're the only game in town). Packages to the US usually arrive in 1-2 weeks and packages sent overseas can take a little longer. Customs or other fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer - I cannot legally mark commercial shipments as gifts to avoid those. Refunds, Exchanges, Other problems: First, please contact me so we can work out a solution - every problem is unique! Generally, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If your product is not what you were expecting, you don't love it or there is something not quite right please send it back (after emailing me) within 2 weeks of receipt so that we can make it right for you. If you didn't email me when you received it, I will assume it got to you two weeks after it left my hands at the post office counter for it's trip to you. The Other Stuff: I'm open to discussing custom listings, designs, volume orders or wholesale arrangements. I often have many more beads, canes or other pieces than what I've loaded into my ArtFire shop!
