Once a pair of jeans has been cut, it may not fit the same as when they were slacks. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a comfy fit. You skirt should fit comfy and perfectly, not tight and binding. It should not be to loose either, it will shift around. Draw string skirts can fit loosely without any issues. Follow the directions below. waist: Measure yourself without clothing on. Place your hands on your natural waist. This is where you will place the tape measure - measuring around. Pull any slack from the tape measure without making the tape binding on the skin. Length: place one hand on your natural waist. Have someone measure straight down the side from your waist. Remove any slack in the tape measure. Hips: while standing: place your feet just a couple of inches apart from each other. Measure around the widest part of your hips. Remove any slack in the tape without making the tape tight on the skin. low waist: measure just above the hip bones hip hugger: measure straight around your hip bones.
