tu-anh accessories return and exchange policy we will gladly accept for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase any products purchased through our ArtFire gallery that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. in an effort to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we are reusing some shipping boxes. unfortunately, you will have to pay the shipping charge that was waived to you when you placed the order. for more info and questions, please email info@tu-anh.com.
