Construction of Jewelry

All jewelry, unless otherwise stated, is strung on 49 strings, stainless steel wire, with 26 pound test strength. Sterling silver is pure .925; gold is Vermeil gold which is 24K gold over sterling silver. My beads are all genuine semi-precious gemstones from the most reputable suppliers, "its about quality and service ". If you have any trouble at all with your pieces, please contact one of us below.

Shipping
Shipping is $1.93 + insurance, if desired.

Processing Time
Please allow an order processing time of 2-3 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy
Twitterbird values high quality and excellent service and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, there will be slight variations that are inherent to size, color, and other factors. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged shipment.

However, if the item you ordered fails to meet your expectation, please contact our customer care department at twitterbirdcreations@yahoo.com within fifteen calendar (15) days of receiving your order to initiate a return and exchange authorization. Items can only be exchanged for the same identical item that was bought. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Twitterbird will only accept exchanges with a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and those that are returned within fifteen calendar (15) days from the day the RMA was issued - items that are returned after this 15-day period will not be accepted. Product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will exchange the merchandise for the identical item that was purchased. We do not refund the initial shipping charges of an order. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted after 15 days as determined by your order's delivery date.
