SHIPPING:

Shipping prices are calculated on an average weight of 1lb and 9oz for a package containing a single mug being shipped via priority mail.

Because each location will vary the shipping price slightly, occasionally I will find that I have charged too much for shipping. In these cases, I will contact you before shipping your package and offer either a refund for the difference, a gift certificate for the difference to my shop, and if the box is large and it won't add more than a few pennies to the shipping price, I'll offer to send you a free surprise mug or bowl.

Items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and will be sent on the earliest postal day after purchase.

Items will be wrapped in several layers of packing paper or bubble wrap and packaged with bagged confetti packing material and double boxed whenever possible.

RETURNS:

Basically, I'm a reasonable person. If something broke in shipping or was not as described, I'll issue a refund or send you a similar item if you prefer.

Once an item has been shipped, I'm unable to do exchanges due to buyers remorse simply due to the individual nature of my items and the great expense in shipping. I can only issue a refund or exchange if the item is damaged or if you feel the item was grossly misrepresented in some way. If this is the case, the listing will be reviewed and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

I do my best to detail and photograph anything that I might consider a flaw in the piece and discount accordingly.

Items are generally shipped 24 hours after payment is received. If you need to cancel the order for any reason before I have shipped, simply contact me and I'll be happy to issue you a refund.

OTHER:

If payment is not rendered at the time of the purchase, I will make every attempt I can to contact you with a reminder. If I'm unable to reach you or if payment is not made within 48 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
