PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL: Payment must be submitted in full within 24 hours of purchasing. If payment has not been received after 24 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
PAYMENT VIA CHECK: If you choose to pay by check via mail, I will ship your purchase when your check has been received and cleared by the bank. Payment must be received in full within 10 business days of purchasing. If payment has not been received after 10 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed. LAYAWAYS: I would be happy to discuss a layaway plan for any item over $50.00. The maximum layaway term I offer is 2 months with a minimum 25% deposit. Items will be shipped once full payment has been received. Items not paid for in full after 2 months will be re-listed and any payments minus the 25% deposit will be refunded. Please contact me so we can work out your payment plan.
E-CHECKS: If you make payment via e-check, please be aware that they take a week - a week & 1/2, and occasionally longer depending on location if overseas, to clear and I cannot begin your order until that time.
On certain occasions, I will accept a USPS money order. You must CONTACT me PRIOR to purchase if you wish to use this option. This only is accepted for U.S. orders, and must be a certified USPS money order. The item paid for in this manner will not be shipped until the money order has cleared to me.
I will ship your item within 48 hours from the receipt of payment.
* Most items are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment (unless otherwise noted). Custom orders will take longer.
* Please note that I will always ship to the address given by artfire. If you want me to ship to a different address, please indicate this in your Message to Seller.
* Please let me know - via the feedback option - when your package has arrived! This helps me keep my shipping estimated times accurate!
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International/Airmail or USPS International/Priority Mail. This method provides no insurance or tracking, so I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
If you do prefer a shipping method that provides tracking or insurance, send me a message. I will arrange this for you and notify you in advance of the cost.
The buyer is responsible for paying any and all international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees.
Business days are M-F excluding postal Holidays.
I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns within 3 business days of delivery ONLY if some great error has been made on my end with the item purchased and will either allow an exchange of equal or lesser value, OR refund your original purchase price minus shipping cost and $1.80 plus the fees PayPal retains (based on order total) once the item has been returned in its original, unworn, unused condition. Any return shipping fees are up to the buyer to pay.
If you must make a return, please CONTACT ME FIRST. I am always happy to help or answer any questions/concerns that you might have! Please do not send anything to me without getting in touch prior.
Before I will refund or exchange ANYTHING, you and I must be in contact! I will only take back something that has never been worn or washed. No exceptions...sorry.

If you see an item and would like to make a custom order please contact me. The time frame to make an order will depend on the item being requested.
All custom orders have a $10 service fee on top of the average price of the item.
(ex: a typical $34 scarf would be $44 as a custom piece)
GIFT PURCHASES: If you are purchasing a gift that you would like shipped directly to the recipient, convo me with their address and I will happily ship directly to them. If you want a card included just let me know the message, and I will include it too!
